Can I Talk Into It?

September Thorlin is from Seattle, WA and holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in German Cultural Studies from the University of Washington as well as a BA in Community Psychology from the University of Washington Bothell. She will be attending the Masters of Creative Writing and Poetics program at the University of Washington Bothell. She has had her poetry and artwork published in the 2014 and 2015 editions of Clamor, University of Washington Bothell's literary and arts Journal. September is drawn to poetry out of linguistic and social interests, and experiments with multilingual and narrative poetry with the aim to cross the boundary between reader and writer. Additionally, September studies an array of dance forms, as a dance company member and soloist. She combines this practice with her experience in painting in order to create a multisensory experience of her work.
