Laura Burgher & Tracy Gregory
A dream of the street (Street Corner is always there for me)

Laura Burgher is a graduate of the UW Bothell MFA in Creative Writing & Poetics. S/he is one of many co-founders and co-editors of Letter [r] Press, publisher of Small Po[r]tions Journal, an experimental, handmade literary journal. Laura's cross genre work focuses on the intersection between research and imagination and explores liminality through a post-structuralist lens of queer theory. Her work has been featured in exhibitions at Gallery 1412, as well as on a RapidRide bus. S/he is interested in the places poetry can appear, other than the page.

Tracy Gregory is a poet who primarily works with appropriation, erasure, and collage. She is an editor at Letter [r] Press, a micropress that publishes chapbooks, artist books, ephemera, and the literary journal Small Po[r]tions. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in Best American Experimental Writing, Clamor Literary and Arts Journal, and Transfer Magazine. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing at San Francisco State University, and she is currently in her second year of the MFA Creative Writing and Poetics program at University of Washington Bothell.
